1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the AtomicOSINT application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AtomicOSINT LLC provides mobile microlearning for OSINT and intelligence tradecraft training, delivered through daily drills, skill-tree progression, and spaced-repetition exercises.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent or disable security or access controls.
• Abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All training content, exercises, and materials within AtomicOSINT are the property of AtomicOSINT LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal training purposes only.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are not offered during the beta. Where a paid subscription is offered, a subscription bought in the iOS app is processed by Apple through in-app purchase and is governed by Apple's terms and the price shown at purchase. A subscription bought on the web is processed by Stripe and is governed by the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATOMICOSINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATOMICOSINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
